These programs are some I have used throughout my life at various times that I found to be helpful. They are not necessarily better than any others you can find online.
I am not a personal trainer or strength and conditioning coach. I have a background that required a certain level of fitness and athletic performance. I have a background in wrestling and was collegiate baseball player (although very short lived), then was in naval special operations for 7 years before getting hurt. After that I spent a few years working as a private military contractor. I spent a couple of years living in Thailand training in Muay Thai and have spent the last 4 years practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I am not the fittest guy on the planet, but I have been exposed to some great training programs. These will not make you a bodybuilder or an elite pro athlete. I don't have the knowledge to share any information that could do that for you.
I am not necessarily passionate about fitness or working out, even though it is something that I do daily. I am simply sharing these workouts because it annoys me that people charge $20 - $150 for knock-offs of these.
For now there is only one program. It is a 4-week introductory program, so you should start with it anyway. By April 14, 2024, there will be a one year Navy BUD/S prep program, and hopefully a US Army SFAS prep program, MARSOC Selection prep program, and Ranger School & RASP Prep programs shortly to follow that.
